One of the common problems faced by the humans is the acceptance and understanding of self by other. Even people living together for many years are very conscious of this fact that people do not understand and accept each other. But why is this happening in the humanity.

First of all everyone have various capacity. They can be classified as follows

• The physical capacities

• The mental capacities

• The emotional capacities and

• The spiritual capacities.

Physical capacity includes being active, flexible, stamina and strength of the body. This varies from people to people depending upon age and other factors. This capacity and its variation is easily accepted by people.

The mental ability like concentration, absorption, assimilation, digestion, memory, interest, skillfulness varies according to age, gender and back ground. Someone can read many books and remember many words, quote and verbatim with very little effort. Normally Brahmins as a race have this capacity. Of course this capacity is not accepted by people. We want our children spouse to be like us and believe that everyone should have equal talent, ability and skill. This is very untrue and leads to comparison which is meaningless and painful.

The emotional ability like compassion, forgiveness, kindness, empathy, helpfulness and service varies from people to people depending on the size of heart chakra. Many people can love half quarter and they cannot love many people. Some of them can love 3- 4 people in their life. They have so much of fear and delusion in life. When one meditates then only ability to love people increases multifold.

The spiritual ability like following a guru, having sadhana and doing practice regularly will vary for people. Many people can be with a guru without much understanding. One needs spiritual capacity which is similar to the gift in cricket for sachin tendulkar.

Many people experience one aspect of money or few aspects of money. In their life they can buy a car and house which itself gives them immense satisfaction. Therefore to experience wealth in all dimensions will be very difficult for common people.

For example take fame. Many people become famous in the city or area where they reside or in the office or in particular side of work. See the fame of Amitabh. He experiences all the side of fame. Like a jewel he would have seen the good or bad the negative or positive of fame etc.

This is true for power, knowledge skill etc. see the playing skill of Ustad Ravi Shankar, the sitar king. he would seen many sides of the sitar which he can alone experiences. Even the listener can experience one or two sides of the sitar.

Everyone does sadhana whether one likes it or not. At one level every person start their sadhana the moment they were born itself. Being a human is sadhana and being a man or women is another level. Then there are various aspects one does sadhana, for example money, power, fame etc.

Then we do sadhana at various levels. For example music at beginner level, advance level in marriage and medium level in money. Also Meditation expert K.B.Gopalakrishnan says that whenever one has a problem in any area of life then that area is the sadhana given to us. For example someone can have difficulty in maintaining good health or speaking softly, or kindness in word or having peace of mind. Then they have to concentrate on these areas. One can be successful with money education marriage etc. for many people sadhana is given. Many are not even aware that they are doing sadhana.
