Introduction:
The medicines in this system are prescribed on the symptoms of mind only irrespective of the disease. The attention of most of the people when they are ill is focused on their bodies- on pain, the rash, the swelling, the discomfort and they then place their bodies in the care of someone who has specialized in the knowledge of anatomy and physiology, and studied pain and swellings and rashes. But the care of the body in sickness is not all the necessary. There are other things as well to focus our attention upon. Things that we don’t know are anatomy, physiology, or pathology-our own feelings, moods, emotions, sates of mind, worries and fears, depressions, and indecisions that assail us, are real symptoms of physical disease because they are an indication of a conflict between the true self, the higher self, and the lower self of the individual. Even the slightest adverse mood has its effect upon some part of the body. The passing moods are very important if we do not send them away and discourage them because they may come again and yet again and one day without our realizing it, they may become a part of us. And we may find we have a heart that is always beating a little too quickly, or a headache that is there most of the time. Then it is we need help, for it is not easy to be rid of the mood-habit of nervousness or worry. And those who are observant can notice a change of mood often before the disease appears, and by treatment with the herbs of nature appears, and by treatment with the herbs of nature can prevent the malady ever appearing.

How is Bach flower remedies different from homeopathy system?
The flower remedies are 38 in number, but homeopathy medicines are hundreds.

No elaborate head racking study, easily understood and very simple.
But where as in the homeopathy one needs to study a lot of books, and elaborate repertorisation.

There are no side effects in Bach flower remedies, but in homeopathy gives side effects if wrong medicines are used.

In Bach flower remedies up to three medicines can be mixed and given to the chronic diseases. But where as in homeopathy mixing of medicines is not allowed.

Bach flower remedies can be used as often as required. And there is no question of overdosing, but in homeopathy there are warning for repletion of certain medicines and potencies.
